è la Casa del Calcio Femminile

Attualmente la struttura è composta da locali spogliatoi e un infermeria che ospita il VigorFisioMedical, il CAMPO di Calcio a 11 in erba naturale - Stadio "G. Impastato" e un CAMPO di Calcio a 5/7 in erba sintetica attualmente ristrutturato ma nella stagione in corso sono previsti ulteriori lavori di ristrutturazione per l'ampliamento dei locali spogliatoi e spazi ricreativi.

La vera sfida della VIGOR CALCIO FEMMINILE è poter condividere il nostro sogno con tutti coloro che lo desiderano:
arrivare ad accogliere altre ragazze con la passione di “tirare calci ad un pallone” che avranno la volontà di mettersi in gioco e sconfiggere i pregiudizi di tante persone che “ il Calcio è Donna! ”

Our PROJECT

The real challenge is being able to share our dream with whoever desires to: welcoming other girls who love “to kick a soccer ball” and who have the will to put themselves out there in order to defeat prejudice and declare that soccer is for women.  
VIGOR  aims at making young girls the center of many activities as we are convinced that soccer can offer important opportunities in means of education and wellness.
In order to pursue such a goal more effectively, we promote a series of initiatives and playfully educational activities intended to engage actively both our young Gufotte and their families.
The greatest difficulty we encountered was finding available fields for the women to practice and play in a social reality where soccer is seen only for men.
We’re doing our best: in 2018 we took the management of the Troghi  sport complex in Comune di Rignano sull’Arno which then became our home field, and a Female Sports Complex (Troghi - Rignano sull’Arno) where everything was dedicated to women.
Our commitment has been repaid by the smiles of over 120 of our girls who weekly take the field to defend the colors of the “shirt with the owl on the bust”.

Construction Details

Troghi’s sports complex hasn’t sustained any maintenance work in at least 20 years!
With an initial investment we have renewed the artificial turf of the five-a-side soccer pitch as it was absolutely unfit for use and we needed to start immediately to train our youngest members of the female soccer school (scuola calcio femminile).Currently we need to secure the whole area because of the terrible conditions of the external fence.
The second and more important operation includes:

• The extension of the building to be used as head office, and multi-purpose hall as a meeting point for all our  members
• The building of two new locker rooms.

The design stage has just finished, and construction is expected to be finished in June 2020.
In order to stay within our budget - in part co-financed by the administration of the Rignano sull’Arno - our association needs funding of €150,000 as the management agreement has been extended to 15 years.
